This quest is quite easy but not so good loot. The quest is located in Venore Orc Cave. To get there from Venore follow this map:



The black lines are showing the way on ground floor, the lightblue lines are showing the way at the brigdes.

Now after you followed the map go up by the ladder and then continue by going down. Here there is an Orc spawn. Open the hole and go down again and follow this map (There are Snakes, Orcs and Orc Spearmen on this floor):



Now go down again. There are Snakes, Orcs, Orc Spearmen and a single Orc Shaman here. Follow this map to get to the box that contains loot.



Take the loot from the box.
